Online Store Policy
Return Policy
Refunds or exchanges are permitted on most items purchased within 30 days. Simply return the product to our Charlottetown location. A
re-stocking fee may be applied depending on the item.
Refunds are not available on opened software packages, internal peripheral products (such as memory chips, modems, etc.) or
consumable products (such as printer toner cartridges). Defective products may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if the return is a result of
our error.
All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in original condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty
cards, manuals and all items or accessories provided by the manufacturer.
Delivery Policy
Orders from our online catalogue which are in-store items are available for next business day local delivery, Monday through Friday,
between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
All other orders are shipped pending credit approval and product availability in 5-7 days by regular shipping, 3 days by courier ground
or 1-2 days by air.
A contact person must be available to accept the delivery between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

NOTE: Delivery is subject to availability on multiple-item orders. We may split your order into more then one shipment
depending on the estimated time of arrival of each product. It is possible for your order to be delayed due to products arriving in
our warehouse on different dates. If it is necessary for you to receive one of your products sooner, it is recommended that you
place a separate order to avoid extra delay.
Error Policy
The information provided on this web site is our best effort to keep you up to date with reliable and accurate information. In the event of
an error, we have the right to correct the information contained in any orders. If you are shipped an incorrect product, we will fully refund
the purchase price upon return of the unit.
